About the Role

The Telecaller / Inside Sales executive is a critical link in our sales pipeline at Jain Realtors. You will be the first voice a potential property buyer hears — making this a high-impact, high-visibility role despite being an entry-level position. You will handle both inbound enquiries from our digital campaigns and outbound calls to warm leads, qualifying buyers and scheduling site visits for our field sales team.

This is an ideal role for freshers who want to enter the real estate industry and learn the business from the ground up. Top-performing telecallers at Jain Realtors regularly transition into BDA field roles within 6 months and see significant salary upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from leads generated via digital ads, property portals, and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to enquiries and follow up on leads that have not yet been converted
  • Understand the client's property requirement — budget, location, type, purpose (end-use / investment)
  • Provide basic information about Jain Realtors' ongoing projects and schedule site visits with field BDAs
  • Send project brochures, pricing, and WhatsApp messages to interested leads promptly
  • Maintain an accurate daily call log and update lead status in the CRM system
  • Re-engage with old or cold leads through follow-up calls and messages
  • Meet daily call and site-visit-scheduling targets set by the team leader
  • Coordinate closely with the BDA team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass or graduation preferred
  • Freshers welcome — no prior real estate or sales experience required
  • Excellent spoken Hindi; basic English communication required
  • Clear, confident, and friendly phone manner — able to handle rejections professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge: typing, using email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets
  • Smartphone with good internet connectivity
  • Punctual, disciplined, and able to work under daily targets
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida (Work from Office role)
