About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Associates to drive property sales across our residential and commercial projects in Noida. This is a high-energy, client-facing role where you will be the primary point of contact for buyers exploring properties with Jain Realtors.
You will handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, conduct site visits at project locations, build relationships with potential buyers, and close deals with full support from our experienced sales and management team. No prior real estate experience is required � we provide complete training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals (99acres, MagicBricks), and walk-ins
- Make outbound calls to prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Schedule and conduct site visits at project locations in Noida and NCR
- Present project details, pricing, floor plans, and builder credentials to clients
- Negotiate and close property deals in coordination with the senior sales team
- Follow up diligently with warm leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule
- Log all client interactions and deals in the CRM system (training provided)
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals
- Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and project launch events
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred (any stream)
- Freshers welcome � prior sales or customer-service experience is an advantage
- Fluent communication in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to meet new clients
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and internet access required
- Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (Sunday off / weekday off on rotation)
