About the Role

This is a senior leadership position at Jain Realtors. As Sales Team Leader, you will own and drive the performance of a team of 8�12 Business Development Associates across our residential and commercial sales verticals in Noida and NCR. You will be responsible for monthly team revenue targets, team training, recruitment support, and coordinating with builder channel partner teams on project launches.

The ideal candidate is a proven real estate sales leader who has successfully managed high-performing teams, understands the Noida and Greater Noida market deeply, and has the ability to both inspire the team and close big deals personally. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and offers a clear path to Sales Manager and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 8�12 BDAs and Senior Consultants to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and monthly performance appraisals for all team members
  • Personally close high-value or complex deals to support the team and demonstrate best practices
  • Train new joiners on Jain Realtors' sales processes, CRM, product knowledge, and client communication
  • Liaise with builder teams and channel partner managers for project launches, allotments, and pricing
  • Monitor individual KPIs: leads touched, site visits completed, deals closed, conversion rates
  • Provide weekly performance reports to the Sales Director with actionable insights
  • Support HR in shortlisting and interviewing BDA candidates during hiring drives
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through team-level lead generation initiatives
  • Represent Jain Realtors at industry events, builder launches, and real estate expos

Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA preferred � any specialisation
  • Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team leader or senior sales manager role
  • Demonstrated track record of managing a team of 6+ salespeople and consistently hitting team targets
  • Deep knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR real estate market, projects, and pricing
  • Strong relationships with builders and developers in the NCR corridor
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Own vehicle required; willingness to travel to client meetings and site visits
