About the Role

As a Senior Property Consultant at Jain Realtors, you will lead a portfolio of high-net-worth and serious buyer clients, managing end-to-end property transactions across residential and commercial verticals in Noida and NCR. You will be expected to close complex, high-value deals independently while also mentoring junior BDAs and contributing to team knowledge and culture.

This is a leadership-track role suited for a seasoned real estate professional with a strong local network and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You will work directly with the management team on strategy for new project launches and channel partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of HNI and premium buyers from initial inquiry to registration
  • Advise clients on investment decisions, project comparisons, and market trends in Noida/NCR
  • Build and leverage relationships with developers, channel partners, and builder teams
  • Attend and represent Jain Realtors at builder project launches, expos, and investor events
  • Independently close deals ranging from ?30L to ?5Cr+ across residential and commercial segments
  • Mentor and support junior BDAs through client calls, site visits, and deal negotiations
  • Contribute to quarterly revenue targets and report performance to the sales manager
  • Maintain a strong referral network and generate repeat business from past clients
  • Review and ensure accuracy of booking documentation, payment terms, and builder agreements

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales in Noida, Greater Noida, or NCR
  • Strong existing network of buyers, investors, and developer contacts in the region
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Experience handling HNI or premium clients across residential and commercial segments
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills; ability to handle complex multi-party transactions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, property portals (99acres, Housing, MagicBricks), and digital communication
  • Own vehicle and willingness to conduct site visits across Noida and NCR
