About the Role
Join our dedicated residential plot sales team and help clients invest in Noida's booming real estate market. In this role you will focus exclusively on residential plot projects across Noida and Greater Noida, guiding buyers from their first inquiry all the way through site visits, negotiations, and registration.
Plot sales offer one of the highest earning potentials in real estate � each successful deal can earn you a significant commission on top of your fixed salary. We provide full product training so you can confidently present plots to investors and end-users alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through digital platforms, cold calling, and local networks
- Reach out to prospective buyers and explain plot project details, location benefits, and investment value
- Schedule and accompany clients on site visits at Noida and Greater Noida plot projects
- Counsel clients on plot sizes, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with builder sales teams during project launches and booking events
- Handle the booking process, collect tokens, and support clients through registration
- Maintain an up-to-date lead tracker and follow-up log
- Achieve monthly booking targets set by the sales manager
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred (any stream)
- Freshers welcome � prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and regular site visits
- Smartphone required for CRM apps, WhatsApp communication, and maps
- Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided for site visits)
- High energy, target-driven attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
