About the Role
We are hiring experienced Business Development Associates to manage and close deals for commercial office spaces, retail shops, and showrooms in Noida's prime commercial corridors � Sector 62, 63, 125, and the Expressway strip. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with B2B or corporate sales experience who want to transition into high-value commercial real estate.
Commercial real estate offers significantly larger deal values and higher commissions than residential sales. You will work with corporate clients, business owners, and investors looking for Grade A office spaces and retail units from top developers like Godrej, DLF, and Gaur.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients, start-ups, and business owners looking for office space or retail units
- Present commercial project portfolios, ROI analysis, and builder credentials to B2B clients
- Conduct property walkthroughs and site visits at commercial projects in Noida
- Handle negotiations involving lease vs. purchase decisions, pricing, and customisation requirements
- Coordinate with builders on unit allocation, pricing updates, and offer structures
- Maintain and grow a database of corporate leads and broker network contacts
- Attend builder launches, channel partner meetings, and corporate networking events
- Track all leads in CRM and achieve monthly commercial sales targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or BBA preferred
- 1+ year experience in sales, B2B sales, real estate, or banking/financial products
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; professional demeanor
- Strong network among businesses or investors in Noida/NCR is a big advantage
- Comfortable reading floor plans, project brochures, and basic property documents
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
- Own vehicle preferred; willingness to travel across Noida commercial corridors
